We had to catch an earlier morning flight from Narita International Airport and shift to Haneda from Fukuoka the night before. So, I thought I booked two capsule cabins at First Cabin, which was directly connected to the Haneda International Airport building, turned out that I still needed to. But I was not so panicked as I knew that 24/7 Terminal 3 should allow people to stay overnight with many police officers and security personnel deployed!
My only concern in finding out where to get fresh is also fulfilled, so don't worry!

It is on the 2F of Terminal 3 (arrival lobby) and opens from 5 am to 12 pm (afternoon.) Simple yet spacious enough for a person, extremely clean, and has lovely water pressure. 1,500 yen for 30 minutes.
