Fifth Visit: Under Pressure

I am feeling like it is getting more and more difficult to tell what I truly feel.

I continue making my stress log, recording my body composition (twice a day: morning and night,) the food I eat, and the exercise (including plank) I do. Nothing has changed so far, I seem.

Also, I expressed my difficulty to counter against irresistible drowsiness in the daytime that sometimes could adversely impact my work, so the doctor decided to continue the same dose for the next about 28 days (till my 6th visit):

tryptanol 20 mg, ethyl loflazepate 1 mg, escitalopram 10 mg

The bill I pay at the clinic counter is always the same: 1,680 yen (under the national health insurance, 国民健康保険.) For the medicines, I paid around 2,200 yen for the 28-day set.

I am starting to worry that both the counselor and the doctor started talking about their "supplements" that cost about 5,000 per box, and I am not willing to pay for them. I think that the sales of supplement boxes are one of their core sources of income.

Looking back, I achieved better sleep at night, better feeling in the morning, and slightly less worrying about things, no use of doing so for the past two and a half months. I want to be better without taking medicines soon, and I still don't know where life will take me to. I am reassuringly bracing for the time making progress.
