I have a persistent challenge in my mental health and trying to cope with it with different methods, yet still, I feel there is a long way to go.
One of the most significant actions for keeping up my mood is to stick to the daily routine, and piano practice is among the essential ways to ease my mind.

Also, my teacher suggested I practice anything every day, even for two minutes. I will follow his advice as it changes my life whenever I take it.
